By using MealWithAI you agree to these terms and to our privacy policy. The service is provided by Şerife Nur Akdur, Turgut Reis Caddesi No:63, Bornova, İzmir, Türkiye.
The service
MealWithAI suggests recipes based on the allergy, diet and preference information in your profile, builds daily and multi-day menus, and prepares shopping lists. Some recipes can be generated with AI.
Health and allergies
- MealWithAI does not provide medical advice, diagnosis or treatment and does not replace a dietitian or doctor.
- Recipes are filtered by the allergens you select in your profile. For correct results, select all your allergies in your profile; anything you write in the extra note field is not used for filtering.
- The same ingredient can contain different things depending on the brand. If you have a serious allergy, always check the labels of the products you buy.
- AI-generated recipes go through the same allergen filter, but they may contain mistakes in quantities, cooking times or steps. Use your own judgement when cooking.
- Calorie and portion values are approximate.
Your account
- You are responsible for keeping your account details accurate and your password safe.
- You can delete your account in the app at any time.
- We may close accounts that misuse the service, try to access other people’s accounts or try to disrupt the system.
Premium subscription
- MealWithAI is free to use; Premium adds features such as unlimited multi-day menus and more AI recipes and diet plans per month. The allergy and diet filter is always free.
- Premium is a monthly or yearly auto-renewing subscription purchased through the App Store or Google Play. The price is shown before you buy; payment is charged to your store account.
- The subscription renews automatically at the same price unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. If a free trial is offered, you are charged when it ends unless you cancel before then.
- You can manage or cancel your subscription at any time in your App Store or Google Play account settings; it stays active until the end of the paid period. Deleting your MealWithAI account does not cancel the subscription.
- Refunds are handled by Apple or Google under their rules. If your dietitian covers Premium for you, it ends when you disconnect from them.
Content
The recipes, texts and design in the app belong to MealWithAI. You may use them for your personal use and share your shopping list, but you may not copy the content in bulk or republish it.
Liability
We work to keep the service careful and up to date, but we cannot guarantee that it will be uninterrupted or error-free. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect damages arising from the use of the app. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, or your statutory rights as a consumer.
Changes and governing law
We may update these terms; we will announce important changes in the app. These terms are governed by governing law to be confirmed. If you are a consumer in the EU or the UK, you also keep the protection of the mandatory laws of your country of residence and may bring a claim in its courts.
